spelunking
inside
an enormous cathedral
expansive underground grotto
two limpid pools fed by
inexorable interval drips
from ancient stalactites
within a continual
radiance
a stillness
a movement
a stillness
a radiance
more stillness
depths
a drawing in
subterranean
rivers flow
are heard!
unseen
the sun seeks
the beauty of this
cave and its discoveries
but cannot
so I grope in
awe
at each discovery within
at each marvel caught by the thin,
penetrating beam of my love.
