AWAD Quiz 16: Verbal Zoo!

(AWAD - November 16 - November 22, 1998) This week's AWAD is somewhat like a zoo -- a prison for animals -- where living sentient beings are captured and locked inside small enclosures. Instead, here we have animals encased inside words. Find out how many of these animals you can identify and liberate from this verbal zoo.

I have added three words to Anu's to make ten.

Match up the word in the first column with its closest definition in column two and identify each trapped animal.
